You were always a brainy guy... Mom said you could have been an inventor but JoviSec picked you up first. Whether it's a toaster or a chaingun, there's always room for improvement! With this trait you can stack more mods of the same type on a given weapon or armor, have a wider choice of perks to pick from and get extra mod capacity!
LEVEL 1 - max mod level 2, choose from up to 3 perk choices.
LEVEL 2 - max mod level 3, choose from up to 4 perk choices.
LEVEL 3 - all perk choices available, slam one EXTRA mod on any moddable item.
