Toxic smoke screen, immunity to poison
You sick bastard, you tinkered with your smoke screen so much, that now it actually is toxic. Additionally all that toxicity made you immune to poison yourself.
LEVEL 1 - immunity to poison, toxic smoke screen.
LEVEL 2 - smoke grenades become gas grenades, toxic smoke screen deals 50% more poison
LEVEL 3 - all poison effects you inflict are 50% stronger
Note that smoke grenades only become gas grenades if you pick them up, not if thrown directly from the floor.
