You're the goddam root. All the terminals belong to you. You can squeeze an extra charge out of any station or terminal that you find. You also know where to look for them.
LEVEL 1 - 1 extra charge, reveal stations
LEVEL 2 - 2 extra charges, reveal terminals
LEVEL 3 - 3 extra charges, reveal lootboxes
