You value precision over everything else, even if shooting series of bullets. You gain +1 max and optimal range for ALL weapons, and a critical chance bonus dependent on distance to target (biggest bonus on max vision range).
LEVEL 1 - as above
LEVEL 2 - +25% critical damage bonus
LEVEL 3 - +50% critical damage bonus
You can pick only one MASTER trait per character.
