Shadowcloak: Kills will stealth the user for:
- Level 1: 4 turns, works on a 10 turn cooldown
- Level 2: 5 turns, works on a 8 turn cooldown
- Level 3: 5 turns, works on a 5 turn cooldown
Strategy[]
- Works with Onslaught, temporarily making you an invisible killing machine as long as you constantly move, and have ammo and enemies to shoot at.
