Non-move action halves dodge instead of removing it.

You are the master of run and gun – when you perform a non-move action, you lose half your dodge bonus instead of losing it completely. For melee weapons (which have this benefit by default) you keep it full instead of halving. Second level grants you a minimal dodge that is always active, and the third increases your maximum dodge value.

Level 1 - halve dodge instead of removing.

Level 2 - 20% minimal dodge.

Level 3 - 30% minimal dodge, +10% maximum dodge.
