This weapon looks like it was ripped straight from the arms of a demon.
Bloodletter: This weapon reloads using the blood of the wielder.
Level 1: 80 damage per shot, clip size 3.
Level 2: 90 damage per shot, clip size 4.
Level 3: 100 damage per shot, clip size 5.

Always has a Scope weapon perk.
Deals 5 damage and applies Bleeding 1 for each bullet reloaded. The Meshed armor perk can block the Bleed, but not the base damage.
Automatically reloads one bullet at a time, after a short delay. Cannot be manually reloaded.
