If an AV variant generates with Automed, it will always be Automed 5.

A yellow armor box will always spawn on Callisto L2 containing one basic armor and one basic helmet, which can be an AV variant. On nightmare and higher difficulties, another yellow armor box will spawn on Callisto L1 as well.
