This item can spawn as rewards in the altars in Europa Ruins and Frozen Temple. It may also spawn as a reward for sacrificing one or more items in the Shadow Halls.
Tips[]
- Second only to the military stimpack but with no drawbacks, the ancient salve is an extremely potent healing item and should be saved for do-or-die encounters as an emergency panic button.
