9mm calibrated is an exotic pistol. It deals around the same amount of damage as its regular counterpart, the 9mm pistol, with a much higher effective range. The calibrated pistol also has bonus critical chance inside it's optimal range. As a slight downside, it has a lesser clip size. More significantly, it deals pierce damage rather than impact, making it very effective against armored targets.

A really well calibrated 9mm pistol, capable of piercing armor. Probably created by someone in the middle of some calibrations.
Master Calibration: +50% critical chance within optimal distance
Known Bugs[]
The +50% critical chance bonus is only applied within the base the gun's optimal range as it appears in weapon description. It can be increased by other perks (e.g. Calibrated), but not by traits (e.g. Son of a Gun).
